Cobra Parts that contain electrical or electronic components and Cobra Bikes are not returnable once purchased. Parts, tools, and apparel can be returned within 30 days of the sales date subject to a 15% restocking fee. Defective parts, tools, and apparel will gladly be exchanged within 30 days of the sales date. For exchange or full refund of a Product, we need the order confirmation or record of purchase in our system. The Product must be in its original condition, including the box, packaging and all accessories. Credits will only be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. We reserve the right to limit the number of returns permitted.
Currently, Cobra only ships to North American locations with shipping for parts, accessories, and apparel by Federal Express. Several delivery options are available at checkout. For Bike shipments, Cobra will have CSX ship to a business address, or the customer can pick up the bike at one of CSX’s nearest warehouses. More details are available at checkout.
